CONSTRUCTION

Hull and Deck  Moulding are bonded together in heavy duty hand lay-up GRP. Isopthalic resin is used in the hull which is stiffened below the waterline by bonded bulkheads and longitudinal stringers. The main under floor areas are foamed and the cockpit is self draining.

HULL AND DECK FITTINGS

The 592 comes with excellent stowage options, the Forward Seat has a hinged locker lid, the Helmsmen and co-pilots seats are seperate GRP moulding with hinged locker lids.

The 592 range comes with a S.S winch eye, Stainless Steel Bow Roller, Anodised Mooring Cleats and Stern Cleats, Tough all round PVC Fender Strip with S.S end caps. Fitted Bilge pump, GRP side mounted console fitted with mechanical steering, Remote Control Box, Control Cables, Fitting Kits, Link Bars, Battery, Battery box and Master Switch.

ENGINE: MARINER 60hp  four stroke  Outboard with Electric Start, Dash Mounted Engine Monitor, Trim Gauge, Tachometer and 25L Fuel Tank.

TRAILER: Y5-1800R MULTI ROLLER. Galvanised A-Frame Road Trailer, includes winch, winch post, lighting board, 2 x 16 roller beds and 13in road wheels. Capacity of 1340kg.

N.B Braked Trailers. The law states that the maximum unbraked trailered weight is 750kg, provided the towing vehicle weighs 1500kg or more. Please allow for the loading of the boat with additional equipment. If you are in any doubt then please specify an upgraded braked trailer. Maximum unbraked towed weight is 50% of the vehicle weight. All Packages include standard specification, setting up of boats to trailer, fitting of cuddies (where applicable), predelivery inspection of engines and test running, full handover instruction, owner's manual and service records books.
