1 Formation of the contract
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by P.A.Lynch Ltd registered in England and Wales no. 741736
1.2 No contract exists between you and P.A.Lynch Ltd for the sale of any goods until P.A.Lynch Ltd has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once P.A.Lynch Ltd does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
1.4 P.A.Lynch Ltd may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2 Description and price of the goods
2.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown in P.A.Lynch Ltd website at the time you place your order.Reasonable effort will be made to ensure the description and price are correct,however P.A.Lynch Ltd,will not be held responsible for any errors given on price or the description based on third party information.
2.2 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available for delivery within 28 days, P.A.Lynch Ltd will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or debit card for the goods as required.
2.3 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, P.A.Lynch Ltd will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel, P.A.Lynch Ltd will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or debit card for the goods.
2.4 In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown on the website.
2.5The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
2.6 Where prices are shown in Euros, this is a guide price. All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, and there may be a difference on the day of the transaction due to exchange rates at the time.
3.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
3.2 .Due to the conditions applied by the card processing companies all card details must be submiitted at the time of the order, including card holders address,card verification information,including post code.Failure to supply all the requested information may delay the delivery of the order .P.A.Lynch Ltd reserve the right to cancel or withhold the delivery of the order until such times P.A.Lynch Ltd. are satisfied that the transacation is genuine.
3.3 P.A.Lynch Ltd may request additional information regarding the card holder for sercurty verifaction purposes.Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in P.A.lynch ltd cancelling the order.We reserve the right not to disclose reasons for cancellation
4.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
4.2 If delivery cannot be made to your address, P.A.Lynch Ltd will inform you as soon as possible.
4.3 If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
4.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 28 days of your order. However, P.A.Lynch Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, P.A.Lynch Ltd will inform you as soon as possible.
4.5 You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.Subject to payment in full.
4.6.For delivery of heavy or large items either to the UK or foreign countres a seperate charge will apply.We will contact you when the order is received and advise you accordingly .
4.7 If the courier contracted to delivery the goods,are unable through no fault of the carrier to delivery the goods ,either,the goods being refused or no contact by the purchaser with either P.A.Lynch Ltd or the delivery contractor, within 7 days from the notification of non delivery to arrange redeivery or alternative collection arrangements,Any subsequent redelivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
4.8 Engine Spares;Please check the items you have ordered are the correct items you require.We regret we cannot accept incorrectly ordered items back for return after 7 days.Items returned may be subject to a handling charge(PLEASE NOTE.We are unable to accept electrical spare parts for return or credit)
5 Your right of cancellation
5.1 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
5.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to P.A.Lynch Ltd by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
5.3 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to P.A.Lynch Ltd at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
5.4 Once you have notified P.A.Lynch Ltd that you are cancelling the contract, P.A.Lynch Ltd will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
5.5 If you do not return the goods as required, P.A.Lynch Ltd may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
5.6 You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for audio or video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. P.A.Lynch Ltd will notify you at the time your order is accepted if this applies.
6.1 All goods supplied by P.A.Lynch Ltd are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
6.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by P.A.Lynch Ltd, or failure to follow P.A.Lynch Ltd instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without P.A.Lynch Ltd approval.
6.3 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify P.A.Lynch Ltd in writing at the address, fax number or email address shown below.
6.4 Used items such as used boats and outboards,Brokerage sales are not covered by the 12 months warranty as above. Used boats and outboards are subject to individual conditions of warranty.Please ask for details.
6.5 Brokerage sales are subject to the following conditions.
P.A.Lynch Ltd. does not give any guarantee/warranty on any item offered under brokerage.Nor do we accept any responsibility for the accuracy to the age or condition of any of the above. All informatiion given by the company is in good faith.
7 Data protection
7.1 P.A.Lynch Ltd will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless P.A.Lynch Ltd is negligent, P.A.Lynch Ltd will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
7.2 P.A.Lynch Ltd will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. P.A.Lynch Ltd would like to notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time, and if you would like to be notified of these, please indicate on our website using the Newsletter link. You can correct any information about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to P.A.Lynch Ltd at the address, fax number or email address shown below.
8 Applicable law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

1.1 International delivery costs will be calculated seperately. 1.2. Local Taxes and Import Duties are the responsiblity of the purchaser..
1.3 Insurance for international deliveries are subject to quotation.Unless stated ithe insurance of the goods are the responsiblity of the purchaser.We will be happy to provide a quotation for insurance to cover the goods in transit.
10.1. Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer's receipt, contact details, a customer return number and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the requested course of action. Please email within the 7 days to receive a returns number
10.2 No goods will be accepted without a returns number,which must be applied for prior to return of goods.
10.3 Any goods returned without a returns number will be refused.Any costs associated with this refusal is the responsiblity of the purchaser.
10.4 We will be happy to deal with any warranty issues,please contact us prior to return of goods as many issues can be dealt with prior to return of goods.
